This is the second volume of the gap to 2 years after the battle between Sasuke and Naruto and I must say that this series keeps moving. I originally saw most of them in the original Japanese with subtitles, and although there are some discrepancies in the translation, the series is still highly entertaining and incredibly imaginative. I find myself racing to get each new tape, and I can not wait until the next tape comes out.
In many ways, Volume 29 can be described as a series of smaller battles in preparation for some big fights. Kikashi and Naruto over Itachi and Guy and his team battle Kisame. All this takes place during the Akatsuke start extracting the fox Gaara spirit from his body.
For Naruto fans, this is a large volume, which will take you to itch.
